Statewide Student Mental Health Plan

This workshop provides school and district leaders with practical guidance for developing, implementing and sustaining a comprehensive student mental health plan aligned with the newly released Statewide Student Mental Health Plan from TEA. Participants will explore key components and goals set out by TEA, considering implementation needs and best practices that promote student well-being and academic success. Drawing from the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, the Safe and Supportive Schools Program (SSSP) Team, and other evidence-based resources, participants will understand how to create integrated systems that support both students and staff while fostering positive school climate and culture.
