Design Teams will review year - long progress and finalize their district Companion Document outlining the ongoing training and support that will be provided to Mentoring Educators in years 2 and 3 of TMT implementation including: 

  • release time strategies
  • training and support plans
  • prioritized mindsets embedded in recruitment
  • progress monitoring details
