Mentoring Educators will:
- Reflect on personal learning and growth areas from the year and utilize learning to build an ongoing support plan after the Texas Mentorship Trainings.
- Create a personalized action plan that incorporates reflective practices, actionable next steps, and measurable goals to improve instructional practices, communication strategies, and mentoring approaches.
