Texas Mentorship Training - Fall Pathway 1

Mentoring Educators will develop their coaching practice around modeling and providing high quality feedback utilizing the "See It, Name It, Do It" protocol.  They will also learn to utilize an observation tool to practice developing action steps and holding coaching conversations.  Mentoring Educators will also plan and rehearse a coaching conversation using the "See It, Name It, Do It" protocol while also utilizing mentoring language.
