This in-person work session is designed exclusively for districts currently expanding or modifying their current Teacher Incentive Allotment applications with the intent to submit in April 2026. Participants will receive targeted guidance on critical application components, review exemplar responses that meet TEA standards, and have dedicated work time to draft and refine their application sections with ESC 17 TIA Team support. TIA leads for applications districts should make plans to attend, as well as any accompanying team members necessary for completing the TIA application.

- Receive clarification on application requirements.
- Complete application.
