Mental Health Matters: Supporting Students with Anxiety



Join us as we explore the topic of anxiety, approaching it with a trauma-informed perspective.  We will explore the complexities of anxiety, including its potential causes, manifestations, and impact on individuals' lives.  Through this discussion, we aim to foster understanding and awareness among students and staff, equipping everyone with tools to recognize, manage, and support those affected by anxiety.
