Live on Purpose Student Leadership Event

Live on Purpose is a Student Leadership event designed for high school students who are experiencing housing insecurity or homelessness and have been identified as McKinney- Vento.

The purpose of the event is to provide youth with motivation and inspiration, leadership development, and the opportunity to learn from others who have similar lived experiences. Students will be empowered to persevere in their academic pursuits, have the opportunity to connect with local and community resources, and develop professional communication and critical soft skills.

Lunch and snacks will be provided for students. It is the LEA's responsibility to provide transportation to and from the event and to send a sponsor to attend the conference with the students. Once you register your group for this event, you will receive further communication to finalize the number of students attending with your group.
