USDA Foods for Schools: Ordering for Success Training Program



This session guides the participant through the foundational elements of successfully operating the Food Distribution Program within a School Food Authority. Topics include how USDA Foods entitlement is calculated, the types of USDA foods including DoD Fresh, steps for forecasting USDA Foods, using entitlement reports from WBSCM, and accurately tracking USDA Foods usage throughout the year.
