Supporting Students with IDD Through Trauma

Join us for a one-hour virtual session to address trauma impacts on some of our most vulnerable students. Children with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) experience trauma just like their peers—but they may express and process it differently, and their support needs can be more complex. This one-hour virtual session is designed specifically for educators and school counselors to better understand how trauma may manifest in students with IDD and how to respond in a supportive, informed way.
