This course is designed for administrators who supervise educators trained in the Region 4 ESC Dyslexia Intervention Program, Reading by Design. It provides a clear framework for observing instructional sessions, including program expectations and observation protocols. Participants will gain an overview of the program’s structure, use a standardized observation tool, and review a model lesson. The goal is to equip administrators with the knowledge and resources needed to ensure program fidelity and support high-quality literacy instruction.
