This live, online class teaches Contracting Entities (CEs) basic Meal Production Record (MPR) skills including how to fill out related forms, how to use meal documentation to support the MPR and how to use the MPR to improve forecasting, communication, organization, and to demonstrate compliance.
The course will be provided live, using Zoom. The day before the scheduled workshop, each registrant will receive an email with further information to access the Zoom link on the day of the training.
