Description

This session equips campus and district leaders with practical tools to raise their A–F Accountability Rating by two letter grades. Using John Wink’s proven data monitoring system, participants will learn how to ensure growth at every level—campus, grade, subject, teacher, student, and essential skill.

Leaders will:

• Analyze standardized and benchmark data to set growth goals for teachers and students.
• Use three key reports to pinpoint strengths and gaps by content, teacher, and student.
• Build an action plan to monitor progress and drive accountability gains.

HQIM Connection

Participants will explore how to implement HQIM with fidelity using Wink’s strategies, aligning instruction to STAAR-tested essential skills for maximum impact.
