Important Session Information:

A well-designed spending plan ensures that Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) funds are used strategically to recognize and retain effective teachers while supporting district goals. This session will guide district leaders through a review of their current or proposed spending plan to ensure alignment with statutory requirements and best practices.

  • Analyze how spending plan decisions can support district goals, equity, and teacher retention.

  • Identify potential adjustments to strengthen transparency and sustainability.
