Unlocking CCMR Success: What Every Administrator Needs to Know About PEIMS and Accountability

College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) is a key driver in the Texas A–F Accountability System, yet the details behind the indicators and how they are measured can often feel complex. This workshop is designed for administrators, accountability leaders and PEIMS staff who want a clear, practical understanding of CCMR indicators and the PEIMS data that drive them.  In this session, participants will take a deep dive into the CCMR indicators and explore how PEIMS reporting impacts accountability outcomes. We will break down how student data is collected, coded, and reported, and examine how this information is used to determine district and campus CCMR performance. Attendees will leave with a clearer understanding of the metrics, data sources, and reporting requirements that influence CCMR outcomes, as well as practical strategies for ensuring accuracy and alignment in PEIMS submissions.
