Join us for the “Building a Better Plate” Expo, hosted by West Texas Food Service Cooperative.

The Expo is a great opportunity to connect with over 80 vendors and with industry peers. This is your chance to test new products, experience chef demos, as well as gaining ideas of upcoming food trends.

This year’s Culinary Training will be provided by Barry Mehlert of Labatt Food Service and Belen Rodriquez of Grady ISD. Together they will teach us how to create culinary masterpieces that are compliance with the NSLP.

You must register for the “Building a Better Plate” Expo to be eligible to participate in one the Culinary Trainings.
