Eduphoria & Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA)
Is Your STRIVE system TIA Ready?



This session will explore how Eduphoria tools, like Strive and Aware, can be leveraged to support the implementation and sustainability of the Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA). Participants will be guided through appraisal process set-up, best practices, & reporting in Strive.  

 

Ideal for TIA Leads/Coordinators, District personnel, Technology specialists who are responsible for monitoring & implementing the TIA system within their district.


Important Session Information:


This session will be led by Eduphoria Strive Specialist, Paige Parker.  She will walk through setting up the locked T-TESS framework and will spend time explaining the TIA calculations and reports available in Strive.
