Mental Health and Behavioral Health Symposium: Regulation & Resilience!

Join us as we explore impactful strategies for helping students manage their emotions, resolve conflicts, and cultivate personal growth. By teaching students how to navigate anxiety, we can empower dysregulated children to reset their brains, giving them the tools to understand and regulate their emotions. Discover the five key emotions children need to manage before turning 18, along with best practices to build resilience and grow emotional muscles. Let's come together to share practical approaches that will support our students' growth, helping them thrive both in school and in life.
