International Fresh Fish -Culinary Skill Development for Culinary Arts Teachers



Region 17 and South Plains College Culinary Arts Program are hosting the following workshop for culinary arts teachers. The workshop will be presented by SPC Culinary instructors. Lunch will be provided.

9:00AM – 12:30PM: Composition and Methodology of Blackened Grilled Mahi-Mahi fish tacos, Cabbage and Cilantro Slaw and Chipotle Aioli

12:30PM – 4:00PM: Composition and Methodology of Coconut curried red snapper steamed in Banana Leaves, and Classic Fish and Chips (Hands on Skill)
