USDA Foods for Schools: Ordering for Success Training Program, including WBSCM
Modules 1, 2, 3, and 6



This training will review the fundamentals of USDA Foods, the DoD Fresh program, Forecasting for USDA Foods, WBSCM Entitlement and Requisitions, and tracking USDA Foods Usage. 

Important Session Information:


The following modules will be covered on February 5, 2025: 

Module 1: Fundamentals of USDA Foods

Module 2: DoD Fresh

Module 3: Forecasting

Module 6: Tracking USDA Foods Usage 

 

The remaining modules will be covered in conjunction with related WBSCM Lab sessions: 

Module 4: Entitlement Reports

Module 5: WBSCM Requisitions
