West Texas Food Service Cooperative Commodity Pre-Order Meeting
Processor Link Orders



This workshop is designed to help schools with understanding the commodity process including determining the best use of their entitlement dollars. CE’s are advised to bring their 2018-2019 menus along with logins and passwords for TX-UNPS and Processor Link. Vendors will be providing breakfast prior to the meeting featuring items that CE’s may commodity process.

This meeting is limited to members of the West Texas Food Service Cooperative.


Important Session Information:


This workshop will provide West Texas Food Service Cooperative Members an overview of awarded commodity processors, pricing index for commodities, recommendations for both processed and regular USDA foods, and any other pertinent information at the time, such as product availability.

Supplies to Bring to Meeting:

  • WBSCM Passwords
  • Processor Link Password
  • Labatt Login
  • Menu’s
  • Laptops will be provided but feel free to bring you own.

This workshop will be held at Region 19 ESC in the Horizon Room.
