Covey Leadership Series
The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership presented by Dr. Dana West

Various leadership topics associated and/or presented by Covey coaches.

Important Session Information:

Even in the most turbulent times, there are four roles leaders play that are highly predictive of success. We call them essential, because as leaders consciously lead themselves and their teams in alignment with these roles, they lay the foundation for effective leadership. The 4 Essential Roles of Leadership guides learners through each: Inspire Trust, Create Vision, Execute Strategy, and Coach Potential.

This is session 2 of the 4 part series and will be presented by Dr. Dana West, Franklin Covey Coach and Consultant.
