CACFP Procurement Series, Session 2 of 4: Procurement Methods and Plans



This training is designed to introduce the federal and state procurement requirements for the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).  Participants will review procurement methods that must be incorporated into each organization’s procurement plan. Learning about CACFP procurement requirements will help contracting entities who operate a CACFP prepare for their next audit.

Learning Outcomes Include:

  • Apply aggregates to determine appropriate procurement methods
  • Identify the required components of a Procurement Plan

Recommended pre-requisite: CACFP Procurement Series, Session 1 of 4: Forecasting and Scheduling based on Cycle Menus
