Business Consulting Assistance

These work days are available for district staff to come to ESC17 to receive consulting assistance on business service operations. If you are having trouble reconciling a bank account, balancing payroll accruals, reviewing general ledger account balances, or validating balances in payroll clearing, then come to the ESC to let us see if we can assist you. There will not be presentations on these days and districts are welcome to come and go as needed throughout the day. We do ask that if you intend to come, please contact our support staff at ESC17 at 806-281-5713 so we may keep track of which districts are coming and what times they plan to be at the ESC. We also intend to have printers available in case they are needed for the work you are doing.

Important Session Information:

This will also be an NSLP Financial Report Workday.

The Child Nutrition department will be giving a brief presentation on how to calculate Program vs Non-program costs. We highly recommend attending if you are struggling with how to calculate Program vs Non-program costs. Just a reminder that the deadline for the NSLP Financial Report is May 3rd.
